If you decide to partner with us in sending missionaries, you will need application forms and related documents.
Here's the application process:
- Completed application, including:
- Account of candidate's conversion
- Explanation of candidate's call to missions
- Description of candidate's vision
- Candidate's resume
- Signed statement of faith & commitment to GYF policy manual
- Personality profile questionnaire
- Candidate references
- Personal interview
When we receive an application, we acknowledge and begin reviewing it. After reviewing the complete application, we call and schedule a personal interview with our Personnel Committee. Once approved, we introduce candidates to our office staff, give them necessary forms, and help them start fundraising. Approval usually takes 4-6 weeks after we receive everything. We also work with the home church in this process and develop a partnership agreement.
