The Go Ye Leadership, Home Staff & Service

Go Ye Fellowship is governed by a Board of Trustees from various denominational and professional backgrounds.

Go Ye Fellowship maintains a small home office and experienced, professional staff on the campus of the U.S. Center for World Mission in Pasadena. Our home staff members have strong combinations of secular careers and ministry/missions service. The staff exists to serve the Go Ye family.
 

Go Ye Fellowship Empowers Its Missionaries by:

• encouraging churches in their involvement in world evangelization and sending and support of missionaries
  
• guiding workers in preparation and assisting them to reach their fields
  
• providing a home office with efficient, quality administration and services:
  - accurate, efficient financial administration and regular reports
  - tax-deductible receipts for donors
  - missionary newsletter production and mailing list maintenance
  - assistance with medical insurance, IRA's, and life insurance

• offering freedom and flexibility within a framework of accountability
  
• building a relationship of sustained care and partnership
  
• serving as an advocate for our missionaries to their churches and supporters
  
• supporting our missionaries through prayer and fellowship
  
• giving counsel, helping to clarify goals, maintaining genuine communication
  
• visiting our missionaries on the field
  
• serving our workers with practical help
  
• creating and implementing programs to enhance their lives and ministries
